39:62
اللَّهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَكِيلٌ
Allāh is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs.
