50:29
مَا يُبَدَّلُ الْقَوْلُ لَدَيَّ وَمَا أَنَا بِظَلَّامٍ لِلْعَبِيدِ
The word [i.e., decree] will not be changed with Me, and never will I be unjust to the servants."
