19:71
وَإِنْ مِنْكُمْ إِلَّا وَارِدُهَا ۚ كَانَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّكَ حَتْمًا مَقْضِيًّا
And there is none of you except he will come to it. This is upon your Lord an inevitability decreed.
