Surah Al-Kahf Ayah #84 Translated in English

18:84
إِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَآتَيْنَاهُ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ سَبَبًا
Indeed, We established him upon the earth, and We gave him from everything a way [i.e., means].
