3:138
هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
This [Qur’ān] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allāh.
