39:19
أَفَمَنْ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِ كَلِمَةُ الْعَذَابِ أَفَأَنْتَ تُنْقِذُ مَنْ فِي النَّارِ
Then, is one who has deserved the decree of punishment [to be guided]? Then, can you save one who is in the Fire?
